Control yourself, control others

TKX Power

The Problem:

Nature’s equation for one-on-one competition usually goes to the one with the size and weight, strength, speed, athletic ability, and sometimes skill, often more or less in that order.

The Solution:

TKX Power can turn this equation on its head by training skills to equalize natural advantages. It teaches smaller players to out-leverage larger. It lets weaker players negate superior strength. Efficient movement allows slower athletes to beat faster. Its novel skills are difficult to counter. Of course, in combination with natural advantages, highly-skilled athletes can dominate. The system is superimposed onto and underlays current training, so it is easy for players and coaches to incorporate into current programs quickly. And, like any skill set, it can be improved over time.

How does it work?

TKX Power helps players improve their stability and positioning then skillfully use mechanical advantage to disrupt their opponent’s strength, balance, and timing. This is an innovative new kind of training for athletes (ages 14 and up) in high-contact sports. It merges concepts from esoteric martial methods and recently observed principles from sports biomechanics.  The system creates a unique movement foundation upon which team coaches and strength and conditioning coaches can enhance skills using established methods for their sport.

How will TKX Power affect current training?

The TruKinetix teaching method is experiential, so athletes sense their body dynamics and comprehend their opponent without conscious thought. Like riding a bike, the athlete performs automatically and is free to perform without distraction. The methods are so fundamental and efficient an athletic body craves to move this way. Actions and reactions become precise and lightning fast. Coaches will be amazed by and enjoy working with TKX Power trained athletes.

What does TKX Power do for athletes?

Athletes trained in TKX Power…

  • have more stamina

  • are quicker

improve their structural integrity, so they:

  • are more effective in blocking, picking and covering

  • break grabs, tackles, and blocks more often
